Steel: Standard #45 Steel (Corresponding 1045/C45/S45C), reject scrap steel, non-standard steel.
Heat-Treat Process: Yes.
Hardness of working face: HRC42-52.
Wooden handle: A grade China local wood/Oak wood/Hickory wood.
Moisture of the wooden handle: 10%~15%.
Plastic handle: Fiberglass bar inside, fiber content more than 50%, all new materials PP/PVC/TRP coated outside. All new materials/Eco-friendly materials, reject scrap and recycled materials.
Handle pull-out test result: more than 6000N.
Surface: Handle polishing/Machine polishing and powder coated.
LOGO: Laser engraved/Color labels.
OEM: Welcome.
